What is Traceability?

We offer Traceability, which is something that most commercial processors can't offer. We have the ability to let you know who caught each piece of salmon, where and when. Each package of salmon has a label stating who "caught and cared for" your salmon. Then you can look up who that fishermen is here on our website.
